CHILKUR
The village of Chilkur is a small village located on the premises of Himayath Sagar Lake in Rangareddy District. This village is not only a picturesque place, but it is also a religious site due to the presence of a large Balaji temple in the place. Located near Sagar Lake, the temple is ancient and is dedicated to Lord Balaji. Chilkur is also home to a national deer park, which was established in order to protect and nurture the wildlife of this region.
